I was having an awful lot of problems the other day using my HP system and had to call their tech support. Huge mistake. I hung out on hold forever, I ultimately got through to some dude who barely spoke english and struggled to work my way through the problem for ever. Of course I got put on hold once again, and ultimately hung up on. Oh well. I would like to avoid having to devote the time & money , but this is becoming ridiculous. I've been considering getting some kind of software support program. Anybody with any experiences with this business or different comparable services?
